Manage your booking

Enter the email address and booking reference from your confirmation email. A secure link to manage your booking will be sent to the booking coordinator's email.

Use the same email used for your booking.

e.g., Example: SYD-463920

Once you've found your booking, you can:

  • Update your details
  • Modify your booking
  • Cancel your booking
