Hosts Changes & Cancellation Policy

Customers may change or cancel their reservations based on the following conditions: 

Changes 

• Free Changes: Amendments and changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the service free of charge. 
• Late Changes (Less than 24 hours): If a change is made within 24 hours of the service time, 70% of the booking fee will be retained and the full price of the new booking fee will be payable. 

Cancellations 

• Free Cancellations: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the confirmed service time, you will receive a full refund. 
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the service time, 70% of the booking fee will be retained. 

No Show 

• No Shows for any reason will we charged the full cost of the service at 100% of the booking fee.

Any fees associated with the new booking will be automatically deducted from your original payment method. 

We may waive applicable Late Change Fees and Late Cancellation fees (at our discretion) if you provide evidence to demonstrate that a late change or cancellation was caused by factors beyond your control.
